Worked in a sales position with MicroHouse Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) selling HP equipment to end-users.

October 2000 to December 2001

Worked in a sales position with Cybermind Computer House Pte Ltd (Singapore).

Rised up to senior-sales staff position.

Established a stable-client base to bring in sales to the company.

March 2002 - September 2002

Worked with Manpower (Singapore) and GMP (Singapore) under the ITSS (IT for School Support) program in Singapore's educational environment under the auspices of Hewlett-Packard in the northern and central areas of Singapore as Technical Support.

Responsible for the implementation and rollouts of programs developed by the Ministry of Education of Singapore.

Provided value-added-services and participated in the activities to the education environment when needed.

Responsible for UATs and the monitoring of networked environments in terms of security and also archiving of data.
